Steve joined the ThinkWise team in 2014. Steve's responsibilities include product strategy and managing the life cycle and execution of the ThinkWise suite of solutions. Steve brings together his expertise, relationships, and customer feedback to zero-in on specific needs in the marketplace and focus ThinkWise products to meet the needs and attributes of today’s HR assessment and survey needs. He has built his career around leveraging psychology in the workplace and removing the mystery behind it.

Prior to joining ThinkWise, Steve was the Corporate Psychologist at Spectrum Health operating an assessment practice that included building organizational strategies around selection, learning, team effectiveness, and leadership development. His early career progressed from consulting on behavioral risk management issues to supporting broader organizational needs such as selection strategies, executive development and change management.
