How does a Partnership work?

You can partner big or small with ThinkWise, selling anything from one individual 360 assessment, to a “suite” including several system components, to the entire system.

  • Attend a partner orientation to learn more about using and selling ThinkWise, then get the word out to existing and new clients.  Enjoy ongoing support as you do.
  • Sell 360 or traditional assessments, recruiting projects, learning resources, or other ThinkWise tools to clients on a per transaction basis. ThinkWise charges you a fee for these transactions; the pricing to your client is up to you.
  • Sell a subset, or suite of tools, or the whole system to your clients with 20 or more users on a subscription basis, and receive a commission from ThinkWise on the end user invoice. Groups with less than 20 users are priced individually.  Available suites are:
    • Performance Review Suite
    • Development Suite
    • Hiring Suite
    • Custom Combination of Tools or Suites
  • Get more information about your client as they use ThinkWise tools, monitor progress, and uncover  more opportunities to make that strong, data driven pitch to win additional consulting work.
